Welcome to Pan African Leadership Foundation
Pan African Leadership (PAL) Foundation is a charitable organization formally registered in Kenya in 2010. The Foundation provides scholarships to academically gifted Kenyan students who would otherwise not be able to successfully pursue a High School Education and realize their full potential as talented human beings.
This is in addition to exposing Kenyan youth to leadership and personal development programs both locally and abroad. Our trustees celebrate the transformative role education has played in many lives, theirs included. As such, they feel duty bound to give back to society by facilitating access to the same educational opportunities afforded to them to economically struggling yet academically competent students.
To attain the Foundation’s objectives, PAL Foundation has partnered with other likeminded organizations such as the Anthony Robbins Foundation, the KSF International Inc. and the Caring Hearts and Hands of Hope Foundation all of which are charitable organizations based in the United States of America.
PAL Foundation is run by a Board of Trustees comprising of eminent Kenyans who share the passion and commitment to giving back to the society and have the skills, experience and networks to match. The Board is entrusted with delivering the vision & mission of the Foundation through a robust governance and operating framework that demonstrates the highest standards of integrity, accountability and transparency.
As a Non-Profit Organization, PAL Foundation believes it can have the greatest impact on the community by expanding educational opportunities for the youth.
“To nurture young leaders by providing educational and leadership development opportunities to deserving students.”
The objective of Pan African Leadership Foundation is to provide Scholarships to needy students and thereafter provide continuous mentoring and access to leadership programs to nurture them into young leaders.
